RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At EcoManiac, our goal is to make sure you’re completely satisfied with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 7 days, using one of our hassle-free return or exchange methods outlined below. Please note: Only items that are unused, in saleable condition, and in original packaging are eligible for return. (This means that packaging must be intact, tags must be attached). Also: all SALE items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned. We want to make your return or exchange as easy as possible.

IN PERSON RETURN/EXCHANGE
For the fastest service, email at firstname.lastname@example.org Or call customer service at 971-4-2438778 to request a in-person Return/Exchange. Tell us the reason you are requesting a return/exchange and what item you would like to replace it with. You then come into our office with the item to be returned/exchanged and we keep your replacement item ready. Upon inspection and confirmation of the item being in perfect sellable condition, we will either replace the item Or refund the amount to you via either credit card, online store credit (via a voucher code) or cash. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. Refunds are typically processed within 10 days, if paid via credit card/paypal. The item being returned/exchanged must be carefully re-packaged in its original packing with all tags intact.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES BY COURIER
Please write the Reason for the return/exchange on the back of your invoice. This will expedite the processing and ensure the accuracy of your return. Returns that are damaged (including the packaging), soiled or altered will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.
All return shipment costs are to be paid by the customer. However, If you’re returning your item because it is damaged, defective, or an error was made on our part, you will not be charged for return shipping. Returns are usually processed within 10 days of receipt of the return merchandise.
Please not that all Sale Items are final and cannot be returned/exchanged, unless they are defective or broken.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing our order. You will be refunded the full amount paid including delivery charges if cancelled prior to dispatch. However, if the order has been dispatched, shipment cost will not be refunded.
